Intranet Redesign & Innovation for Fortune-50 Company
I redesigned this SharePoint intranet site for a 1,700-associate segment at Humana, utilizing associate survey feedback and executive interviews to identify the most needed and desired content.

This work inspired an additional project to create a new associate onboarding guide on this site. It was the company’s only segment-specific onboarding program, including: leadership introduction videos, department overviews, and a step-by-step guide to all aspects of the new hire experience. My team collaborated closely with leadership and piloted the program with a select group, using their feedback to refine the program.
